Flixster is a great website for the movie lovers. The target audience for this website would be age group (15-40). Flixster provides compelling content that draws the audience attention. Visually audience may not find it too attractive because of the color contrast. It is too plain and simple for the website that is meant to advertise movies but the content is great for their target audience. There are links to watch movies online and a tab that tells you what new movies are out and what their ratings are. It is also very easy to navigate because it has the search tab on top of the page where you can search for any movie. The thing that i found interesting is the alphabetical order of the movies on the bottom of the page. It makes is very easy to navigate. The layout is not too captivating but it contains tons of information to make it's audience happy. It also has the sign up option so that you can invite your friends to join you. Even though the main purpose of the website is movie adviretisement but it contains some other entertaining content like fun games. This is a trick to make your website more enjoyable so that your audience wants to visit it again n again. Regardless of the fact that this website could be done more effectively i would rate it  ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ .
